Manage logistical and operational processes to ensure the efficient and timely conduct of graduation ceremonies for all Campuses
Establish work schedules and oversee team to ensure that work priorities and deadlines are met
Develop, implement and monitor administrative practices for conferral awards in line with University policies, procedures and strategic and operational plans
Build new and productive relationships with a diverse range of potential students, stakeholders or key and influential individuals both inside and outside the University
Develop and implement practical, accessible solutions based on stakeholder needs in relation to graduation ceremonies
- Requirements:
A Degree with at least 4 years of subsequent relevant experience; or
Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
Broad experience in University administration including the establishment and operation of reliable and efficient procedures
Experience in the coordination, planning and delivering of public events
- Salary: HEW 7 - $ 90,769 plus 17% superannuation
