- Job Description:
provide support and assistance with living skills, connections with the community, personal and social development, employment, education and training.
assist young people to follow up actions from their case management plans including housing, income, education and training, health and wellbeing, general living skills and recreational activities.
complete client file notes as needed and assist with administration duties to help operations run smoothly.
motivate young clients to achieve meaningful goals and make a real difference in young people’s lives.
- Requirement:
You have a bachelor’s degree or are you in your final year of a Social Work, Youth Work, or relevant Social Science related qualification
You have demonstrated knowledge of youth focused practice frameworks such as strengths based or trauma informed practice
You have highly developed communication skills including relationship building, problem solving and report writing
You pride yourself on your ability to motivate and advocate for clients to achieve outcomes
You are highly competent using the full suite of Microsoft applications
You are able to maintain accurate confidential administrative records and progress notes
